Metro Lebel Mont-Royal

I live around the corner and always go into the store to buy my groceries. It's extremely unfortunate that staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Be very careful if you go in and decide to get nothing. They no matter what will act like you are stealing. Be careful at self checkout the manager will stand over your shoulder making sure you arent do anything wrong. No wonder the staff are so bad considering the managers behaviour. Clearly shes more into training the staff to be untrustworthy, unprofessional and rude rather then treating the regular customers with basic kindness and respect they deserve.

Prototypical Metro store. Good selection of foods especially store made ready to eat . Cashiers are all very nice that I have encountered on my trip and all can speak in English which is a bonus. It’s pricy, it’s metro afterall. Wish they made pizza like the metros in Ontario, all in all a good store

Prices are completely exaggerated. It's plain and simple price-gouging. Staff need to be more professional. Products are very often out of stock and they give illegal reasons to refuse rainchecks. Don't bother to shop here. Boycott Loblaws and the Weston family's monopoly mafia.

There is an Arab girl cashier who is impolite and rude. I’m not saying this as a way to get her in trouble, she just needs to get trained in customer care. Otherwise, I enjoy shopping here.
