RUBINO Plateau

The delivery time is very long. I ordered a pair of boots online from Rubino's website. It has been more than 3 weeks from today and I still did not received them. They don't even give you any expected delivery date. Also, their price is very high even with the discount. I hope there will be no delais in my payback. Hope the experience at the store is better.

Worst place to work, the boss only help pretty girls and employees are not valued

We had a wonderful experience shopping at Rubino. The staff were so patient and helpful in helping my husband pick out his shoes - we ended up buying many more pairs just because we liked their selection and service so much! Well done and keep up the good work!

Terrible service. A week ago I called in to check on my order as i was confused since one email said it was delivered at the store for store pick up and an other home delivery and the lady on the phone sweared at me said I was wasting her time and when i politely asked to speak to another employee she cursed at me. Now two weeks after i made the order i just got an email saying they cancelled my order. Extremely disappointing i've never made a bad review but this was terrible ! I am now left with no gift for a bday and terrible service.

Staff willing to help. One person in particular went out of her way to support.

Awful service . First no one speaks English well. My problem was not solve I came all the way from Lasalle because there's only 1 freaking store which is not near and the manager was terrible as well I'm a mom with a baby no car hard to get someone to drive me and they didn't even care no empathy now I need to call other number to see if they will do something. The product I'm returning came with open and destroy box . So unprofessional

Ordered some shoes online and I had to cancel my order because I ordered the wrong size after trying them out in store. I emailed customer service and they got back to me next business day to confirm the order cancellation. So now I can go pick up the right size. Great service and free shipping, I will be buying again from Rubino.

The store has a large selection of shoes, but they never seem to have sizes in stock. They will order them in, which is fine if you have a ton of time, but who has time to run errands twice?? Coupled with short store hours how am I supposed to get there before 5pm when I have a job??, no parking, and NO returns... I would highly not recommend.

Good assortment of shoes, friendly atmosphere and store was neat and clean. Kudos to the staff
