Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

The Emerald Hills Tommy Guns is absolutely amazing. This is for two reasons. The first being that I am always greeted with a warm smile when I walk in and the second is the fact that I have never walked out of that place disappointed in my haircut. There is only one person on planet earth who is allowed to touch my hair and that is Rachelle. She has excellent interpersonal skills and just may be the DaVinci of hair styling. I go from looking like a mangy stray cat to looking like I fell out of the GQ magazine (however maybe that last part is just my perception but the hair looks great). Tommy Guns needs more people like Rachelle. From: A forever loyal customer

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful as this was my first experience with Tommy Gun's so I was unsure of pricing and available services, and she was very beautiful. The stylist, Emma, was super friendly and enjoyable to sit for. All in all, great staff, great experience, and I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you.

Joy was so nice and funny! She took her time to explain how and why she was cutting my hair they way she was. Then she showed me how to style it properly. Even the girl at the front desk was friendly and welcoming! I'll definitely go out of my way to come back here!!!

Appears to be poorly managed. Signed up in app when 1:18 wait; the wait ended being 2:03. When we arrived, the lady at front was quick to offer hat the wait was still over an hour even though the screen showed 41 min wait. She was encouraging us to leave. No sense of urgency, no apologies for the inaccuracy of the app nor the board.

Poorly managed , third attempt at giving this place a chance. Have been going to various tommy guns for years and all have gone down hill. Appointment at 1:10 there at 1:00 checked in no name called look up and my wait time is 28 mins . My name goes to the top once again no name called looked up another 28 minute wait. I’m not happy and ask what is going on and I’m told I didn’t check in when the girl actually came to me when I arrived but stylist will take me next !!! Spent 50 minutes there and will not spend another 50 seconds at that shop or any of the other tommy guns . Get some talent who can actually give customer service and cut hair
