I went in just to shave my head as my hair is starting to get too long. They charged me 23 dollars for it and missed some hairs, not going back there ever again

They have always done a good job. There is some high turnover so its hit and miss that you will get the same person twice in a row. Their app makes it easy to book and not have to wait in line.

I had booked a appointment online / checked in online, appointment was confirmed - for 12:30. I showed up at the location at 12:20 to let them know I arrived, the lady said is it for a haircut, I said no a shampoo. She said sorry I can't do until 1:00-1:30, she said I have this lady sitting here who had been waiting for 30 minutes. I said can't the other lady there do it, she said no she had another customer coming soon. I said why did it let me sign in online than and confirm my appointment???. She said sorry we can't do until after 1:00. Why because I was was getting a shampoo and not a hair cut. These people I tip well too and was going to tip them the same price as the cost of the shampoo, I guess there loss. I told her forget about it and walked out. I will never go there again, worst customer service. Funny thing is I get my hair washed once a week from a Salon and was looking for a place to go, as I just moved to this city.

I am a guy, and I went in to get a hair cut around when it opened. Generally, I have never found a place that can screw up a guy's hair cut if all he wants is number 4 clippers on the side and a cut off the top. The woman that served me, was too afraid to use the clippers because they are "too new" and didn't want to cut me. She spent an hour and a half going at my hair with scissors, leaving it uneven, until a manager came over and instructed her how to properly cut my hair. If you want to train new people, don't train them on me without my permission. The worst hair cut, I have ever had. I had to get a second hair cut at First Choice afterwards.
