Employee turnover is high. Always seems to be someone new, giving their very first haircut to you. It shows in how slow they perform a simple cut, and have to go back to rework the same spot 3 times. Prices have gone up to add insult to injury.

My wife walked out in tears. Horrible cut. Was told it's free of charge due to messing things up. Hairdresser stopped cutting and said she cut it wrong and expressed she wasn't a licenced hairstylist? Never coming back.
