HQ salonspa

Every few months I treat myself to a facial at HQ Salonspa. I've had facials from other various salons, however I've not been as relaxed as when receiving a facial from Paige! Last time I was there, I dozed off during the treatment. She's informative and knowledgeable regarding the products being used on my skin and is professional and friendly. Personally, my favorite thing about Paige is that she doesn't chat excessively during the facial, other to inform me of what's happening next, making it by far the best hour of peace and pampering I give to myself. Some people enjoy to chat, however I go specifically to treat myself to rest and relaxation. My skin is always glowing and feels amazing after leaving Paige. I've recommended her to many of my friends, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing, quality service. The salon itself is clean and modern; the room in which the facial takes place is comfortable and cozy as well. The front end staff I've dealt with are wonderful at greeting you and ensuring a positive experience.

My kids and I see Tarra in the salon. She is an amazing hairstylist. She pays attention to details and always has great conversation. The staff is very helpful and is always willing to help keep customers comfortable, and they work hard to keep the shop clean.

HQ Salon & Spa is my favorite salon/spa in the city. Sylvia completed a facial for me and it was honestly one of the best facials I have ever had! I loved that she did an analysis of my skin provided suggestions and tips for my at home care. Brandie was my massage therapist ( I usually always try and request her). She did a wonderful job getting the knots & tension out of my shoulders and neck. She also had me feeling very relaxed by the end of the appointment. I have been seeing Amy S for my hair for over 4 years. She always goes above and beyond on what I am asking for and makes all my hair goals come true! I love the products she suggests as they have all worked great with my hair. I receive nothing but compliments on my hair and have referred my mom, husband and many co-workers to her.

I had a massage with Brandy and a facial with Autumn. Both girls were so professional and personable. They made me feel like I was the only one there. The front staff are also very friendly and helpful. The entire atmosphere of this salon is so inviting and comfortable. My favorite in Sherwood Park by far!

I came with a bridal party to get our hair done, and absolutely loved my time at HQ. From the minute we got there we were treated like royalty. We were allowed to check up on each other, and really got to enjoy the morning together, even though we were all with different stylists. I had Tracy doing my hair, and she worked all kinds of MAGIC. She took what was pictured in my mind, and made it real. Would come back in a heartbeat!
