Chatters Hair Salon

Went in to get some hair products for my dads stocking December 18th. I went to pay and stood there for at least 5 minutes while the two girls at the till sat there chatting about their weekend and what they were doing after work. I cleared my throat a few times and was still ignored until I finally asked if one of them would mind helping me. She acted surprised that I was ready to pay even though I was the only one in the store, standing in front of the till. While she rang me through the girl loudly was talking about her tips and ringing them up and the difference between the 'generous' and 'not so generous' tippers which I though was hugely inappropriate in front of customers. I paid and the girl handed me the bag quickly, didn't say a word, and then turned back to keep chatting with her friend. I am very glad that there are lots of places selling hair products because I will NEVER be returning and will be telling my friends the same.

I never even made it through the doors. This was to be my first visit. 10 minutes before my appointment time (booked online) while pulling out of my driveway I received a phone call telling me another appointment was booked in my time slot, and I was asked to come back around "maybe" 7:00pm. Apparently only the one stylist was in. If you are going to have online booking then maybe those appointments should be consulted before booking additional appointments also. Maybe I should look at the positive side... maybe I was saved a huge disappointment if hair is cut the same way customer service is provided

So today was my first time coming to this salon and my experience was amazing! I booked my appointment online the night before my appointment and when I showed up I was immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist and directed to a seat where I could sit while the receptionist went and told my stylist that I had arrived. I didn't even have to wait five minutes before my stylist came to greet me and I was 15 minutes early! I was introduced to Ashley who was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and mastered the hair cut. I got an inverted bob and what she gave me was exactly what I had in mind. Once she was done the hair cut she asked me if I was happy with everything or if there was anything I'd like done differently. If you go to this salon I highly recommend Ashley!!! Thank you Ashley for the awesome hair cut! I could not be happier. I will definitely be coming back!

First time coming into this salon omg Natile did an amazing job. She is so lovley to talk to and really easy going thank you. She listen to what i wanted and made me look and feel beautiful. Staff is friendly and the salon was very clean. I will be coming back ❤❤

Staff are wonderful friendly caring and respectful of the customers needs. I have been going there for the past 2 years and have a great hairdresser.
