Tom Smith Chevrolet Buick GMC

I purchased a 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 LTZ from Tom Smith and my overall experience was great. Jennifer Parsons was an outstanding salesperson. She was friendly and extremely thorough throughout the purchasing experience. Her attention to detail was very helpful and put me at ease throughout the buying process. I secured the truck with a down payment and worked out a deal prior to seeing the truck so I was a bit nervous about the whole thing. There were some minor issues when I went to the dealer to pick it up but they rectified everything satisfactorily. Their detailing department took care of some minor scuffs in the clear coat with no trouble at all and the truck looks great. Alexis in finance made this the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Nobody ever tried to push anything on me and they were honest and up front about everything. Not to mention, they had the best price on the truck I bought by a large margin. Everyone I dealt with was honest, friendly and very professional. I would recommend Tom Smith In a second to anyone looking for a GM vehicle. I could’ve gone to many dealerships close to home but I’m glad I drove 1.5 hrs to Tom Smith.

Patrick was EXCELLENT!! I wasn't an easy customer to deal with as I had very specific wants and needs from a vehicle. Patrick was very understanding and patient and took the time to look at other dealers to find exactly what I wanted and have it shipped to his dealership. The owner was also very professional and was concerned about my needs during the whole sale. It was nice to meet him in person and not just have him be a silent owner. This was my second time buying from this dealer, I would recommend them and I'd return for a third time for sure!

My latest visit to Tom Smith Chevrolet Buick GMC service department was for repair of a recall situation on our 2014 Chevrolet Trax.Darren looked after me excellently,as usual.Any service situations which I have are always looked after promptly and courteously.

I had an excellent experience when purchasing my used Buick Verano. Siobhan as well as everyone else I dealt with were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It has been a long time since I owned anything but a "beater" car and driving my new Verano is an everyday treat. Thank you !

I booked my appt thinking I'd have to fight dealer recommended "maintenance". They didn't push anything my way. Something some other dealers have to learn to do. Would come back again.
