Georgian bay Yamaha has exceeded my expectations each time I stop in. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable on the products, repairs and specifications! Staff goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, and have every question answered. I cannot recommend GBAY Yamaha enough! Every customer walks out feeling like family, 10/10.
Amazing power sports dealer! I've purchased 2 motorcycles and an atv from them, all great experiences. Service team is thorough, sales members are knowledgeable and pleasant. During covid they have been extremely busy, and understandable so, as every other business is as well. I don't mind waiting for a quality business and supporting my local Yamaha dealer.
Being a "new" older snowmobile owner I need a lot of help troubleshooting problems with the machine. Each time I go into GBY the staff are very friendly, they take the time to explain things, and are very knowledgeable. Thank you to all the staff there! I highly recommend this dealership.
I would like to take this time to thank all of the gracious staff at Georgian bay marine. Bernie and Jessica are truly amazing people. All of our needs and questions were answered promptly. Silvana and myself are so happy with our choice we referred two more clients to them and I am happy to say they both bought. Georgian bay is definitely on our list for a second machine next year. Yamaha FX Cruiser truly a great machine and the teal colour is truly outstanding. Cudos to this great team of people. SEAYAH.
Dropping off my dirtbike tire and tube to be mounted late thursday..it was ready Tuesday. I was charged a total of $88.99 to put tire together. I strongly feel $40 was enough...but they would not change their invoice. I will never use their garage agsin.
We recently purchased a pw50 from Shannon Bell at Georgian Bay Yamaha. Shannon set the stage for excellent customer service from start to finish. He was patient while we asked a variety of questions; he was knowledgeable about the product and the additional products/inventory at GBY. When he was explaining how to operate the bike, he spoke to me and my children - which showed me that he respected us all... parents and future riders. As our kids grow and our needs change we will be back to see Shannon and the crew at Georgian Bay Yamaha.
Marina and her team were very helpful as my jetski just wouldn’t start following the winter hibernation. Very knowledgeable and willing to do what they could to get the machine working. I’d highly recommend Georgian Bay Yamaha.
RUN!!!! Took our motor that we purchased from them to be serviced and winterized in the Fall. Big mistake as the technician did not tighten the oil cap during the service. Was fine all winter as we stored it upright..but first time on the Lake this year it loosened and came off unbeknownst to us. Lots of oil spillage..so angry and this could have been catastrophic for us as we boat up north in quite a remote area. Luckily my husband noticed and we had another bottle of oil…will not be going back needless to say
Response from Chris: Came out at 2:30pm on my way out of town on a Friday to look at and possibly purchase a machine. I had called ahead to make sure it was there since I was making a large detour to get there. Had a quick look with the salesman and was ready to give a deposit but the salesman would not accept my deposit because "It's just me here right now". No other customers in sight. He didn't want to take my info and just wanted to push me off until next week. When I called back at my next opportunity Wednesday I was told that the machine was sold and I should have called yesterday.
Went in to buy a generator. I refuse to let them photocopy my drivers license, because any system can be hacked. The owner was very rude and said that I couldn't get the warranty them. I said keep it and that I would never be back. It must be nice to treat customers like garbage.
