They have a good selection of tires and can order them in fairly quickly. But customer service leaves a little to be desired. I was ignored for about 5 minutes standing at their COVID adapted service window, got bumped 2 spots, and never really felt like they wanted me there. I got high end snow tires and rims, balanced and installed. Will be getting my new all seasons somewhere else in the spring.
Tire buster has repeatedly demonstrated what timely and professional service is like. My tractor tires always spring a leak or break when I need the machine working, tire buster keeps me working more days of the year because I never have to wait too long for a new tire install. Went there with a slow leak from a nail. They did a thorough job over and above the other place that fixed my tire last time. The price was very reasonable too. 100% recommend these guys. My dog liked hanging out with them as well.
Service and honesty keeps me coming back. I was told I did not have to buy 4 new tires as the ones I had were still ok.. They are honest, friendly, and very nice. people. Ii will tell everyone I know to go there.
Recently moved into the area, and was looking to outfit both our vehicles with 4 season/winter tires. Steve was very helpful in steering me towards the best tires for our needs. Not a fancy shop but the service is honest and straightforward, pricing was in line with anyone else. They have been around for a long time and that also says something about their reputation. There are probably some on-line sites that could sell for less, but then who do you call when there is an issue with the fit or performance of the product ? All of the previous reviews talk about how well they have been looked after when service is needed. I have already had to return for a follow up visit due to a technical issue with my tire pressure sensors, but have been assured that Tire Busters will make it right one way or another. The end result has been excellent so far and I would recommend them as a great local tire source based on my initial visits.
I have been using TireBuster for years, their service, knowledge of all tires and quality is top notch. Don't bother trying anywhere else or looking for deals, We have had dump truck, tractor, car and van, and suv tires purchaseed installed, repaired, switched here over the years, just trust that they are going to take care of you, good old fashioned family business that is hard to come by these days! Thanks for your great service and prices.
Best place for any tire related needs. I brought 4 new tires in for my ATV and they had the old ones removed and the new ones on my rims in no time. Any tire place in Parry Sound said I had to leave the tires for a few days. Couldn’t make an appointment, just leave the tires.Tire Busters said come on down no hesitation.
