Midland Honda is definitely a dealership I would recommend to a friend for a variety of reasons. First of all, I have been delighted with the respect that all of the staff in the dealership gives to its clients - regardless of gender or age. Secondly, our family owns a 2006 Accord which still runs like a top, thanks to the awesome service department led by "Ronda from Honda" . Third, we purchased a CRV from Tom, who was passionate about the vehicle and brand, and very fair with pricing. Finally, other sales staff and even the management were not only courteous, but also were genuinely interested, in how we were enjoying both of our vehicles. Would I return to Midland Honda - absolutely!

We picked up our new honda civic last night. We where amazed how helpful everyone was. Tom Murray went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The owner and service manager both talked to us to thank us for remaining a loyal customer. The new car handles even better than our old civic which I did not think was possible. Going back today in the daylight to be checked out on all the bells and whistles the car has. Have been a happy customer for years and thanks to the staff at Midland Honda will be for many more years.

I purchased my very first Honda just over a year ago and they have been FANTASTIC!! They are all super nice and very knowledgeable. I had my van in yesterday for a service and the customer service in that place is awesome. Would I recommend Midland Honda, ABSOLUTELY, and actually have done so! Keep up the great work!

I bought a used SUV here a few years ago and they were a delight to purchase from. Very transparent about their pricing on used cars so no haggling or thinking that you're getting ripped off or wasting time comparing prices online for hours. They do several customer appreciation events throughout the year as well. I hear the new space will be enormous and wonderful so congrats in advance!

I bought a used Honda through a private sale yesterday. The radio was locked because the battery had been disconnect and the previous owner couldnt find the code. I phoned Midland Honda at 4.55 on the Friday before Christmas and Tracy waited for me to go out to my car and talked me through finding the number she needed to get a code for the car. I was having trouble and she was totally patient with me. She was so friendly and patient and really dedicated to me getting that code even if it meant she was leaving a little later than planned. Even though I didn't buy the car through that dealership, Tracy did everything she could to solve my problem. Guess where my new/used Honda will be going for service and parts now? Great job and Merry Christmas.
