Read other reviews and we were excited to stay at this campground. Upon entering the campground, we were greeted by a friendly camp host. When we pulled up to our site (#50), we were disappointed to find that our site was VERY close to the neighboring site. This was not represented well on the site map. In measuring, our fire pit is approximately 25' away from the neighbor's fire pit and if there was another camper staying at that site, their trailer/RV would be 5' from the corner of our trailer. Thank goodness no one was staying at that site during our mid-week visit. Our site had partial foliage and we were located in dirt which is somewhat normal, but hard to keep out of tents and trailers. Just hope you're never here in the rain as you'll be located in a mud pit (this is applicable to the majority of the sites we saw). Instead of hearing a beautiful creek, as described by other reviews, we enjoyed listening to the sounds of traffic from the highway- cars, the engine braking of truck haulers, etc. The bathrooms were clean, although, not in the best shape- missing lock on men's stall door, although my wife said the women's restroom was clean. Can't verify the showers as we didn't use them. They have a nice grass area for dayuse. Cannot recommend this campground to others and will not be back as their are much better campgrounds to select from.

Well, it's a county park not a 5 star rv resort. The campground hosts were working their tails off to make sure the park was well maintained. It was hot, very dry and that made for dusty conditions. The hookups were good and 50 amp service. Absolutely no cell coverage, no TV and no satellite. Chances are you will be in an electronic twilight zone. But if you want or need primitive comfort this is the place.

Perfect place with tons of options for RVs and tents!! Nice facilities with hot showers, RV full and partial hookups, tent sites, fire rings, picnic tables and enough space from your neighbor to enjoy yourself. Camp hosts are very welcoming!!
