Felt like a genuine izakaya, with little booths and absolutely fantastic food. Every dish we had was delicious and made us so happy! Our server was really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Overall the bill was really reasonable, it felt like good value for the food quality of food. I would return if I lived in the area and recommend for sure!

I love it so much!!! The food is so good! And the price is very reasonable! I also very like their atmosphere, very comfortable and clean! I felt bad is why I found it so late?!! Service is also amazing! I recommend it 100000% You must need to try it!

Discovered this place bu accident, and what a pleasant surprise! Super yummy, and lots of choices, it turns into a izakaya after 5, lots of drunk option, and comfortable seating, staff were very friendly as well. I've already been twice in a weeks time, will definitely come back again!Food: 5/5

Good food at Tokyo grill. The katsu and shrimp curry with rice are pretty standard Japanese style curry dishes. We also ordered the spicy and sour chicken wings with a pitcher of Sapporo combo. Nothing special. Fair prices and drinks are cheap for the area.

I’ll start with saying the ambiance is nice and definitely a good izakaya spot to have drinks and just snack on late at night. The staff were super nice. However, the only good dish we had was the Beef Stew. Beef was tender and the root vegetables were delicious having sat in there for awhile absorbing the flavors. I don’t have a photo but the Pork Katsudon was rough. Over fried, dry, and the flour was definitely not seasoned. Heavily relied on Mayo and bulldog sauce for flavor. The Hamburg wasn’t bad, cooked well but needed flavor. Again meat wasn’t seasoned and they were banking on the cheese and bulldog sauce for flavor. At least some salt would help. Mussels broth was very light with a flavor that was very watery. Biggest suggestion is to please season. Dishes could have better impact if you don’t rely and fall back on just smothering things with sauces.

We order many items; Pork Katsu, Chicken wings, Chicken and Rice, another meal with meat and onion and Tufo I don't remember the names, the food was not the best Japanese meals I had before. There was a taste of oil in all of the items, salt was needed in all of them. I personally do not order from this restaurant again, and do not recommend it to somebody else. But may be it was only me who didn't enjoy their food.

Firstly, I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant right after when I got in. It was a combination of Japanese and western design. I had the Pork Katsu Curry. Overall, I liked the taste of the food, however, it wasn’t the best I have had. I asked for some Sesame Oil which lifted the taste. So don’t forget to ask for it! Also, the staff were polite and nice. And the price was reasonable.

Cool dimly lit Japanese centric food place - very good food, amazing prices for the portions on the bento box, nowadays it’s hard to find a bento box less than 20 dollars so I m very impressed. The black sesame cheese cake was super delicious and very original. I felt very comfortable and the servers were very nice and friendly. Would definitely come back.

Feb 2/22 review - The food is good. The only thing is I had the Hamburg Steak Bento and it was quite hard to chew on the bottom of the meat so I couldn't eat it all and it had too much ketchup covering the meat. Aside from those two things, everything else was great! 4 March 18/22 review update - Decided to come back but brought my cousin and we really enjoyed the food! She ordered the Bento w/ Chicken Katsu and I ordered the Bento w/ the Salmon Shashimi Torched and it was really good! The waitress was super nice like the first time I visited. 5

They have such an extensive menu with options for everybody. Everything we ordered was delicious and service was prompt and quick. We love the divided booths for added privacy!
