The restaurant is tiny but neat and clean. Its our family first time visiting the restaurant and we were greeted by a friendly staff. The soup base is very flavourful, not as plain as other hot pot restaurants we had before. The meats and veggies were fresh too. Customers services were up to the knot. Overall our family had a great experience. We will be back and highly recommended!
Nice hotpot and nice beef. Fair price, soup base not included in the price, need additional around $20. At the end need ~$60 per head after tax and tips.Food: 4/5
Best Shabu Shabu in the town!!! Highly recommend the sukiyaki, I love the pork belly so much, also the creme brûlée to finish the meal. It was our first time to come, staff was patient to introduce the menu, credit to Alex and Sarah! They looked after my child so well!
neat little hotpot place with great staff. about 50 bucks per person after tax and 13 percent tips. the spicy soup wasn't actually that spicy and the sukiyaki was great! highly recommend the durian balls and the sirloin cut on their menu. Vegetarian options: vege options available. lots of choice as well in the Vege section Wheelchair accessibility: there are elevators
Haru newly opened in Empress Walk and we had a great first visit. Even though they were busy, service was still good. They have a decent selection of soup bases and meats, but I wish they had more vegetable options. For all you can eat hot pot, it was better than I expected.Food: 4/5
My first visit to this restaurant was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped in, the server went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They patiently explained how the all-you-can-eat system works, ensuring we understood every detail. The warmth and sweetness of the server made us feel incredibly welcome. We opted for the sukiyaki and tomato soup broth, and I must say, the flavors took us straight back to Japan! The sukiyaki had that authentic, robust taste, just like the one we tried overseas. The tomato soup broth was refreshingly fresh, perfect for kids and anyone who appreciates homemade goodness. The meat and vegetable selection was vast and incredibly fresh. We ordered quite a bit, and I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't limit our choices, displaying rare honesty for an all-you-can-eat establishment. What impressed me further was the reasonable pricing, averaging around $50-60 per person including tax and tips. Although they included a 12% tip automatically, I believe the exceptional service deserved more, at least 18%!!! We're already planning our next visit to try different broths. Kudos to the staff for creating such a pleasant atmosphere, and I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and reasonably priced sukiyaki experience!
Sarah and the rest of the staff gave my family such great service. They made sure that we don’t ran out of food everything we ordered was yummy, nice presentation, clean, clean up any the empty trays and plates, they are attentive, efficient and very appreciative. I would love to come back and give them more than 12% tip that automatically gets added to the bill and they fully disclose it too. 5 thumbs up or 5 star all the way.
My friends and I had a great time dining here. We had the basic tier set, the food is good, and there is a reasonable price. It would be even better for 20%off cash payment before 5 pm. anyways, it is still worth it. I like the atmosphere there. It's clean and bright. Food choice is fairly good. our server Ann provided excellent service. when we had questions about the menu, she explained it to us patiently and always noticed what we needed before we made a request . I think she deserves a compliment for being proactive, attentive, and patient. if I had a chance, I'd definitely come back and try the higher tier item on the menu.
The meat was great, well thin cut so that it tasted so tender. 2 people are over 10 plates of meat. The dessert creme brulee was so delicious that you might order and each of us ate two though we were full already.Food: 5/5
Fun to go with a group. Sukiyaki is good but definitely get another broth to balance out the sweetness A little pricey to splurge on Silver level but was worth it. Next time I would order less regular meat and ordered more wagyu. Great service
