Flaming Kitchen

One of my favorite places to go if I'm around the Midland and Finch area. From the abundance of restaurants you can choose from at this plaza, the Flaming Hot Kitchen is one of my top recommendations. Not only is the food delicious, but this restaurant also has an extensive menu with very affordable prices--- perfect for students or anyone on a slight budget but still wants to enjoy delicious food. Definitely try this place if you haven't already!

My second time going here and they never disappoint. You’ll never have to worry about the food coming out cold thanks to the sizzling plates and the portions are perfect. Got the Black Curry fries, Sizzling Cheesy rice cakes and Okonomiyaki fries. Food is delivered to your table so quickly and smoothly after using the QR code. Everything was so delicious, I highly recommend!!

The food was really delicious and arrived quickly! The waitresses were also nice. I didn’t get a 10% discount even though I paid with cash—I’d recommend telling the waiter in advance to hopefully get the discount.

Having all the things you want on a sizzling plate is ingenious! The rice is stuffed with flavor when you dig into it, and pretty much everything on the menu deserves to be tasted at least once! I highly recommend!

Food is great but the service was terrible from this one waitress. My friend is allergic to mushrooms and we specifically asked for her to be aware and thankfully, we saw the mushrooms quickly and her allergies aren't severe. She also did not help us separate our bills properly and when she brought hot plates, she didn't put them to the right person so we did a lot by ourselves. 10/10 for food but 1/10 for that waitress.

Not sure if this is a recent change to all locations or just this one, but the portions were huge and they were very generous with the add-on ingredients as well sauce and cheese. The food was delicious as always. Friendly and quick service as well.Food: 5/5

Hot, fresh, delicious, and affordable! No wonder it was super busy and had a 15-20 min wait! First time trying Flaming Kitchen and was recommended the spicy chicken noodles, along with the honey garlic beef rice. Both $12.99 ea were decent in portion size, and you could opt to add more items like an egg, cabbage, seaweed and more. Check their daily specials as you can save a few bucks per item. We’ll definitely be coming back to try the other dishes!

The flaming chicken appetizer was larger than I expected for an appetizer. It tasted yummy and the crispiness was great. The flaming spicy smoked duck came with rice, corn and green onions. It tasted good. There wasn't much duck but that was ok, considering the price. The restaurant was clean. Orders are placed on digital tablets and after you're done eating, you pay at the front desk. Overall, the food was affordable and tasted pretty good.

First time here in Flaming Kitchen. I really loved their black curry pork cutlet; it has the right amount of spice. The Rainbow Beef Rice was so-so. I would eat here again. They only accept debit, which is kind of weird.Food: 5/5

nice place to have sizzling hot plates for a cold day. more carb and meat heavy and the portions are pretty generous as well. although keep in mind they have a $20 minimum for debit and only accept cash or debit, no credit!Food: 4/5
