Great dine in ayce. Robot does come and bring some of your food so be on your toes. Overall a great experience. Fish was fresh, variety was good. Service was friendly. Social distancing measures in effect. Vaccination passport is required for dine in.

Is this place as bad as the reviews? No, definitely not, I’ve been to many Japanese buffet and the service I received here were fairly decent. I never had to call for the staffs to clear my table or to put in my order, they also offer to fill up our tea pot. Maybe I would have appreciated it if they introduced the dishes as they were being served some of the more popular or unique ones but that’s just my take. Another thing, I would recommend is for them to stop using dented plates as it ruins the presentation. Food - 5/5 for the price Service - 5/5 considering it was a Friday night Plating - 5/5 it was greatly appreciated

Ordered a takeout torched platter today as they have some Christmas specials. Was good value $27 for 26 pieces - make sure to bring cash as there is a cash discount. But you definitely get what you pay for. Enough to feed 2 people pretty well, but you could tell the quality was lower. The rice wasn't very good, which makes sense since it is an all you can eat restaurant and they probably go through a lot of rice. They also dump a lot of a mayo/mustard sauce on it to the point where that is all you taste. The pieces are also full of various filler type ingredients. So overall if you're looking to get full, you won't be disappointed, but would suggest going elsewhere that isn't your main goal.

Quality and freshness 50/100. Service was great, friendly staff. Food comes out very fast. They have open appetizers/ soup and Icecream desserts bar. Restaurant itself are pretty cozy.

Great AYCE place. Very efficient with the robot and service was good. Loved the torched sushi, so delicious! Not a huge fan that the appetizers and desserts are buffet style but still good. You can also validate your parking.

Very lovely experience! The server brought most of the food but the robot helped and it’s hella cute! The food was alright but not worth the price point. Just to have the robot serve you is worth the experience just once! Would highly recommend.

Come here for the AYCE and it’s always consistently good food with decent service. Love that they have fresh sashimi and torched sushi. Salad bar with the dessert bar is good as well. Service is decent but gets a bit slower as it gets busier during the dinner times.

The food was mediocre and service was rude. I get they can get busy at times but what’s the point of making a reservation ahead if you’re going to be seated last anyways? Also while the eating time was set at 2 hours max which I understand, the server came to us after we are already seated and ordered food, and demanded we finish in 1.5 hours since they want our table for another reservation. After making it clear we aren’t going to accept that, they reluctantly moved us to another table. While they spend a lot of energy on advertising and making innovative dishes, they don’t actually taste all that good. With their quality of food and bad attitude, I won’t be going back again.

Great place for AYCE sushi in North York. Staff were incredible and very friendly. Food was good quality and tasty. Drinks were satisfying and refreshing. Overall ambiance was good. Perfect for a date or a group. All things considered, it is reasonably priced. Great experience and definitely coming back!

Most recently, food quality has improved with the cut and quality of the sashimi. Try the grilled squid and beef ribs. Would skip the torched sushi too much rice and sauce. We went for dinner. Nice staff. The washroom and facility is accessible. While it's tough to actually charge for food waste, the table beside was horrible. A reminder to diners. Start with small quantities first. You can always order more.
