Today’s Special Cafe has been a staple in the State Tower building since 2005. In the morning, the cafe is a great spot for a Starbucks coffee and a breakfast sandwich or scone on the go. I work upstairs in suite 301 and I love that this place is right below me. I come down often between clients to grab a meal and I’ve never been disappointed. Everyone always greets me and they have plenty of healthy options. Their full and half specials are so reasonably priced and you get quality meals. Their Mac and cheese is amazing!

I got the hot plate special of a haddock sandwich, macaroni and cheese, and coleslaw. It was excellent! The haddock sandwich was large and cooked perfectly on a nice soft roll. The Mac and cheese was amazing and plentiful. The coleslaw was very fresh. I haven't gotten a bad meal ever here. I recommend Today's Special.

The best breakfast sandwiches in downtown Syracuse. Lunch is also very good. Staff are super friendly and prices are extremely reasonable.

Today's Special is the best! By far the cheapest healthy meal $20 for a sandwich, huge meaty salad, and cup of soup. They're also incredibly friendly and kind! Always a pleasure coming in for food :

So glad I stumbled upon this place. Great food! The crispy fried chicken sandwich on stretch bread is amazing!

Yum yum yum! Such good panini's and fries. Great spot for lunch! Only wish the inside meat was warm.
