Being a Rochester native I had to try the garbage plate. I could have a few notes if I'm comparing it to a more traditional plate, but I love Soup R Salads and think they did a good take on it. I have loved all their specials over the 18+ months I've worked downtown.

The southwest salad was delicious. They are always nice and friendly every time I go there.
Just picked up 2 salads for lunch, Chicken Caesar and Southwest Chicken. Phenomenal taste and good portion size. The staff is super friendly and the location has a great vibe to it. Can't wait to go back again!
