Great spot for quality and quick breakfast or lunch. The owners are delightful and the level care put into the food and ingredients is a pleasant surprise. Oh and they make a perfect chocolate chip cookie. No easy feat.

Good sandwiches, decent prices, just ok coffee. Chose this place because we were heading out after a brief stay in Syracuse while on a road trip and I needed something gluten free. Was disappointed when I entered and the people making the food were not masked. I was further disappointed when the person who rang up my order placed gloves on directly after wiping his nose with a napkin. Even if there isn’t a pandemic, it’s food service 101 that you wash your hands after touching your face, and especially after wiping your nose. Heck, you’re supposed to wash them even when just going from taking orders to preparing food. The gloves don’t remain sanitary when you’re touching them with your filthy hands. I would like to think that if we’ve learned just one thing from the last two years, it’s that washing hands is an easy yet effective means of reducing the spread of illness.

Very cool place with quick, friendly service. Awesome menu has many fresh options for breakfast and lunch. Be sure to try the blueberry baked beans and the homemade cookies! I love going this place.

This is a great joint. Gluten free and other dietary specialty foods are available. This is a must stop for quick food in Downtown Syracuse, NY. The service is fast and helpful. Enjoy!

Their chili special was excellent! Their very patient staff recommended I pair the chili with cumin chicken sandwich and that was out of this world. Everything I've tried has been so good
