Shoppers Drug Mart

Staff in this Shoppers are rude with very rude attitude. He look into my bag. The male cashier checked my grocery bag thinking of stealing from this store at 104st 82 ave by Bulk Barn. I'm regular shopper at Save on Foods and Community natural foods all this places have good customer services. I told this brown guy possible from Bangladesh or somewhere from that side. Possible India...east Indian...or something. I've shopped in Natural Foods and salad is from there he looked in my bag yeah there was nothing from this stupid store 104st Shoppers drug mart. Because their mentality is such. Most of daft people work here.. He never apologize to me..nToday is good Friday and I'm writing my experience so no one else will not go through what I've gone through..nVery bad customer service...very hostile environment in this store

Post office is awful, lady told me she was not allowed to let me put tape on my envelope, they dont give tape to customers ? Ive never hurd that before at a shoppers, then she became extremely rude, was jit helpful and trying to charge me an arm and a peg to ship my enveloppe, its never been this expensif to send a letter to the states, i ship there often, she was just beeing extremely ubhelpful and had attitude and trying to charge me more because she was cranky, what a joke.. she needs to quit her iob and find something where she is more happy & helpful to her custumers.. i dont comprehend why people are so cranky at work, do something else if your not happy..

Does Not understand the Scanning code of practice argued and was very rude. She wrote her name down as Sukriti.nnWas buying watermelon that expired tomorrow. Was discounted from $6.99 to $4.99.nnWhen she scanned it it came up as $6.99 I told her that the price tag said $4.99 so she went to go look and when she came back said the lady must of just put those up 5 minutes ago and I said I would like to claim the scanning code of practise.nnShe said it dosnt work like that as it’s already discounted so you can have it only for $4.99 and I told her many retailers and including shoppers has offered it for discounted items as well. She said that other people are wrong and she has worked there a long time.nnSomeone needs to check her attitude very quick. She is in the wrong industry. I was there about 11pm on September 27, 2023

A tall old lady with blonde hair named paula in cosmetics was awful! When we told her we are good on her inquiring if we need help. I believe she got offended and came after us when we were trying a tester. She says you know these are not testers and you can’t try them. I said it says tester on them. She says ya lot of people do try non testers. Ummm we are not a lot of people like you. I’m sure her and her family does that so they think everyone else does it too. Stupid ! Bad Paula!! Learn. Learn customer service. Learn that the world is not full of morons like yourself

I would always use this Shoppers.. I was one of the post offices best customers.. spent a lot of money there shipping products.. I went in to drop something off and was there 15-20 minutes due to a line.. parked in the 1 hour parking for customers.. got a parking ticket and now I will go elsewhere.. it’s a good shoppers but the parking guys at diamond are scammers be warned that parking is not free for customers and will cost you $80.. taking my business elsewhere..
