We got treated so beautifully here. Our hearts are full ... of warmth .nnStepped into the perfume section. A dark skin gentleman security approached us. Then asked if he could get the Beauty boutique lady for us. And he did. nnShe attended to us with so much grace.nnThe visit was smooth & straight to the point.

Great location, helpful staff in pharmacy and especially at the beauty counter. Special shout-out to the fantastic and kind beauty counter specialist, Shannon--she goes above and beyond to ensure that you find what works for you, without trying to push expensive or inappropriate products on you which has occurred when I visited other Shopper's beauty counters at nearby locations, or at Sephora. This is why I return to this location for my cosmetics needs and wants!. Thank you, Shannon. And, extra shout-out to the pharmacists... one in particular sorry, I forgot her name! She works on weekdays, I believe is particularly thorough and after she took the time to sit down with me and go through my meds/symptoms and recent blood work to determine the best options to go back to my GP to discuss. Invaluable and greatly appreciated!nThe sole downside to visiting this location is parking underground--it frequently smells like urine or dirty diapers, likely due to houseless folks using the stairwell to keep warm :-.

Do not buy food from here. They sold me a block of cheese that is five weeks past the best before date and the most they've said is that they're sorry.nnEdit: Just got back from returning the cheese. The store clerk grabbed my shoulder and asked me if I've never made a mistake. I said not one that endangers people's health and to get your hand off me, you didn't have permission to touch me. He didn't like that and told me I could leave. Beware returning items if you have an issue with being touched.

Terrible customer service. I came in to buy some bus tickets, which I haven’t done in a while as I am a student, and so I asked to buy some. I thought I was being happy and cheery, coming after a nice day at work, however my interaction with the cashier was anything but nice. The cashier was very rude, asked me my age as if I was a child and did not tell me prices until after I asked saying “well I would like at least $10 worth of tickets.” I think she misunderstood me because she told me to just go to an ATM. Which I would do if there was one in the area that was easily accessible I know customer service is hard and that it is tiring work but that does not excuse rudeness to a customer. I left the store and cried because she made me feel so stupid for trying to buy a bus ticket. I’m still crying as I write this review. The way she spoke to me really hurt my feelings. I’ve had nice experiences with Shoppers before but after this, I will not be shopping at this location.

It was not so best experience with Pharmacy there. When I refilled my usual piils 8 June seller didn't tell me any that store doesn't have enough quantity one of my peals. I recognized it at home and spent my time to get Pharmacy one more time to get information about this issue. Thank you for save my time.
