They consistently make errors on my order. Well in fact if I ask for no tomatoes they never seem to see that note, always tomatoes. That's just a minor complaint but it is definitely consistent so that's why I have to give a low score here.

My favourite Tim's in the city. It's open 24 hours a day so you'll always have access to fresh coffee. They're always generous with the cream cheese. The staff are polite and courteous. Beggars usually hangout the front door, if you're not interested in an conversation followed by guilt then you can use the back door.

24 hrs operation. Good place to get a cheap bite at late night if you stay at the Fairmont.

Wont recommend at all. People working here are so unhelpful and rude. Lost my phone came here to ask for help. The manger denied to help me at all, and told to go talk to customers if anyone can help. Highly unprofessional attitude from a manager, I will contact head office regarding this rude attitude. Most reviews are in sync with me with unhelpful and rude manager.

Good location, got my food in a fairly fast time and employees are very kind. Also very close to Union station.
