UPDATED: I recently returned to this cafe on a Friday (my last visit was a Saturday) and the experience was less than impressive. I was the only customer, the cook was the server and he had a friend in the back as they loudly discussed women (not the word they used). The food was lukewarm, the home fries I was so excited for tasted old, there was salt literally all over the restaurant and I couldn't find anyone to pay for the bill. I'm afraid I likely won't return. **Fantastic neighbourhood cafe. Why it's not more busy I don't know! The coffee was fantastic, the home fries were the best I have EVER had and the Eggs Benedict did not disappoint. The service is good and the price is perfect. I will definitely be back.

Dessert focused but they also have sandwiches.  I had chicken cutlet on a bun with mozzarella and mushrooms and was quite good.

Great place to people watch. Atmosphere is tops. Homemade ice cream. Hazelnut,  Italian lemon and  torone are tops. Excellent sidewalk cafe food ( and drinks). Owner tends his cafe. Best for families and the hip. This is the real place to be for good people and food. Prices are moderate and fair. You get your money's worth. Hours open are as generous as the helpings. See Little Italy at it's best. Desserts are the feature but sandwiches are genuine Italian.

Good service. Nice seating area. The menu is great with lots of options. Portions sizes are generous and prices are reasonable.

Absolutely love their dessert waffles, so much so that I don't even share, although they are definitely  large enough to do so! I also love their grilled chicken sandwich!!
