I had bought a areroccino 4 from here and I encountered an issue with it. The staff helped me solve my problem and even tested the machine for any faults on request. As for the atmosphere and decor it’s a beautiful place.
Amazing ambiance and great interior. Staffs are very helpful. Liked the environment. Besides having everything a cafe should have, it has a good range of coffee machines, accessories, and coffee capsules available. You also get to taste a coffee for free! I’m happy with their service and definitely going back.
Loved this place. Never have I had such a great coffee shop experience. I reminded me of European cafes done to a large scale. Tons of coffee options and this is one the places you can stock up on nespresso coffee pods. hint: if you're there to sample the pods don't pay at the Cafe and instead go to the back where they will gladly give you free coffee to sample the different flavors. The price is decent if a little high $6 for a coffee. Desserts are excellent here as tried a few and was more than satisfied. Here you are paying for the ambience which is TRULY IMPRESSIVE...
This rating is for the design and atmosphere of the boutique only.. I have not actually tried their coffee very much, so I don't want to speak to this.. But I can tell you, the boutique on Cumberland is quite a masterpiece of design! And really a place you should at least check out, for it really is quite fabulous! I went their to explore their single use machines, and develop my own perspective on their brand, as I had heard a lot of negativity... from an eco-conscious perspective.. I found out you CAN recycle their aluminum pods, by sending them in, free of charge, to their depots.. I can also say there customer service reps seem very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as well.
2020.10.02. The Nespresso Boutique on Cumberland Street Bay St and Bloor St is a unique espresso place. I have not seen one of that size and displays of everything. A great hub to purchase your new Nesoresso machine or to purchase capsules for your existing machines. A wide variety to choose from.
The team at Nespresso is absolutely fantastic! They are attentive, helpful and always carried on with a smile. The food is delicious and coffee drinks are very tasty. The sales staff also patiently showcased their line of products and answered all the questions we had. It was a lovely experience and everyone should pay a visit when in the area.

Wowzers... This is an extremely superb Nespresso coffee boutique in Yorkville. It's massive and the interior is just stunning... Their coffee is awesome. I have been a Nespresso fan for over 10 years... Love their superior coffee. The staff Extremely nice let me take some beautiful photos of interior design. Please take a look at the pics.
Indubitably by far the most exquisite Nespresso in Ontario that I've been to. With the option to expereince a sit down menu restaurant, this location is a treat within itself. Complimentary drinks and coffes along with attentive staff that are very well experienced in the industry. Great location for this store. Well laid out, very friendly and informative staff. I was greeted upon entering and the woman at the door started a conversation about my favourite coffee then recommended one to try at the coffee bar. I interrupted two chatting staff members to get the coffee, they were nice at first but it was made clear I very quickly out stayed my welcome. They made me extremely uncomfortable and the interaction felt catty. The woman at the cash was incredibly lovely but I would skip the bar in future.
