“Tried the dark roast with a muffin today and I absolutely loved it. The coffee was bold, rich, and perfectly brewed — just the right kick to start the day. The muffin was soft, fresh, and perfectly sweet. Such a simple combo, but it hit different. Definitely getting this again!”

Ordered double bacon double cheese on a bagel it was 10$ and this is what they tried to give me saying it was 6 pieces of bacon what they counted a piece was roughly an inch and a quarter long and then on the refund they didn’t tell me it didn’t go thru I found out down the road checking my bank came back and had to go through a whole ordeal when he knew it didn’t work While being rude about it. September 7th 8.30pm

Stopped in for a coffee and pee break while travelling to Toronto from Kingston.nBusy stop Ordered a cold brew a coffee and Tim bits. After getting the coffee and timbits we realized the cold brew was not coming. Had to reiterate we had not receive our drink to be told we weren’t charged for one although it was the first item ordered. Paid for drink Stuff happens Pleasant staff.

There is an amazing Asian man that does the drive through who gets me through the mornings he always so friendly and happy and always makes sure my orders right. Keep up the great work!!! He deserves a raise

Order two drinks and one is always wrong. Ordered 2 black steep tea got 1 coffee 1 tea, for two days in a row. They don't listen and get pissed when you tell them it's wrong. Weekend staff is somewhat better than weekdays but not by much.
