Tim Hortons

This place was great when Paul was around but I haven't seen him in some time. Feels like this location has gone down hill again. Staff very unaware of what products they have on display or what a club sandwich is. Order is frequently wrong. My 20 pack of timbits also only had 13 in it... Wasps enjoy hanging around inside the display case and staff don't seem to mind. Paul gets 5 stars everyone else gets a 0.

Service is quick and friendly, but there really needs to be better awareness of what is available and what is not, especially in drive through. This morning I placed my order only to find out at the window when I was paying that they didn't have what I had ordered. Again, being out of something isn't a big deal, but knowing that when the order is being placed as opposed to being told at the window makes the process easier for everyone. I should point out that this is not the first time this has happened at this particular location.

The service inside is slow but some of the waitresses are beautiful so worth the wait

Usually the service is great here depends on the staff that's on. Today not so great
