Bprrible experience shopping produce here. Mouldy cucumbers in store. Brought a bag of barrots home to find half of them badnWhats the point of being a massive chain if this is the quality you provide. Repulsive. Wish i could give a lower score.

My go to place. Good and friendly people compared to a few staffs that I had little acquaintance with, a year ago.nnKeep it up guys.nnI know big grocery stores do not care much about customer service but it for sure affects footfall.

Regularly have to go to customer service to fix scanning errors and they often refuse to honor the 10$ discount they are required to give by law for the scanning error. This results in a huge hassle to report it and get the compensation. The middle aged woman at the desk named Laura is awful to deal with. Incredibly rude and short on the interaction. Always grumpy. I suspect this is by design to get them out of properly honoring prices and discounts. Highly recommend going to one of the several other superstores in the city of you want to shop at that chain.

Meh. Need to go so I do. I will say the store is clean, the washrooms are clean enough, and it’s where I go to buy Ace Bakery bread and a few other items that they still carry. Prices are high, staff aren’t paid well and shareholders are paid better than most.
