Tim Hortons

Worse waiting time ever just spend 20min for a sandwich and a coffee. The young man was trying his best to serve drive true and the front and making sandwich and coffee while the fat lady was walking around give attitude to the poor guy. Management should really look into this

I always visit this Tim's as their service is usually amazing! However today i pull up in the drive through and i knew the guy serving me was a manager of the Tim's, he was on his phone speaking another language the whole time he did not even look at me once and i gave him $4.00 for a purchase worth $3.10 and i received no change, he was so busy on his phone he just closed the door an walked away. Not cool. I wont be coming back to this location for awhile which is a shame.

So I called this location before going there to make sure they have what I needed; was told yes we do, I drove 10 mins to get to this location and was told Oh; we don’t serve hot food after 10pm (it was 10:12) and we are closing very soon which was 11pm. I asked for the manager (drive thru) she said I’m the supervisor Good Bye! Never in my life seen this kind of attitude in Tim Hortons culture. I should have look at google reviews before going there 🤬. Never ever going to a place where staff don’t know how to deal with humans and lie so they can take the left over food home.

Beautiful Location - Slow and incompetent staff. 15 minutes for the couple in front of me to get two small hot chocolates and 10 minutes to serve me a cold toasted bagel with cold butter! Head Office should do a surprise secret shopper.

I mostly go through the drive through but so far my experiences have been positive. Very rarely do I get a incorrect item I've ordered. I used to go frequently enough, the staff knew my name and knew my order when I greeted them in the morning (through the speaker). I can tell when there's someone new working, but give them a chance - we all have to start somewhere. Only complaint I've thought about is sometimes my bagel or sandwich gets toasted a little too much and the edges get a bit burnt....but other then that, this location is my favorite!
