Tim Hortons

I went through the drive thru on September 22 shortly after noon. My order was 2 turkey bacon clubs, double toasted, no tomato. I watched the order screen to make sure my order was correct. When I got home & bit into my sandwich, there was no turkey. I checked the second one, and no turkey. So I called the store. I explained what happened and the manager told me that I didn’t order properly. She was combative, and refused to take any accountability. She offered to replace my sandwiches. But I had to waste more of my lunch driving back to have them replaced.nnI again went through the drive thru. The attendant handed me the sandwiches without so much as a sorry. First to be told I’m ordered the wrong sandwich, then to not even get an apology. Tim Horton’s service has dropped so low that I don’t think the brand will ever recover.

Service was absolutely CRAP sat in the front while it WASN’T BUSY WHATSOEVER for 5 mins after getting told 1 second this 1 second that for 5 mins worst service I’ve ever seen at a Tim Hortons. For being a Tim Hortons that’s connected to a gas station that’s beside a hotel you think you’d have more damn people working. We didn’t bother ordering we left going to an other Tim Hortons near the Super 8 that doesn’t make us wait and their busier than your location

I placed this order and it took me like 30 minutes to just receive the order I went there. There was no one on the upfront desk to ask me is the order is ready or not. I again have to come back to ask them again. There was no one I also said excuse me is there anyone to help no one came after that I tried to call them they said no we don’t have any online order of yours and After the wait of 40 minutes, I got my order and really disappointing day, Again they had put my order at the front table where anyone can pick that order up or even anyone can also put something suspicious in my order really disgusting Service. I felt really bad really bad experience. I didn’t expecting that experience from the Tim Hortons such a bad experience. They don’t know how to treat a customer. THIS BRANCH SHOULD BE BANNED

I won’t recommend going here. Ordered a plain bagel and an iced coffee. They gave me a burnt toast and an iced coffee mixed with decaf. That’s not good. I threw everything out. Never buying Tim’s again.

Had a great experience being accommodated by Faye and Aliyah. They were very welcoming, had quite the positive attitude and served me the right food and beverages quite fast! I come here often and their staff and service have never disappointed me. Great job, Faye and Aliyah!
