Tim Hortons

The worst tim hortons I have been too, staff member that served me was extremely rude and at one point yelled at me because I asked for my receipt since I had used a gift card and wanted to know the balance. I sent an E-mail to the manager and Tim Hortons head office but got no reply or attempt to help the situation. The one on wye road or baseline is 1000x more friendly and with better service.

Garbage cans at the drive thru would be nice. Not sure why they were removed but the drive thru area looks like a garbage pit now!

I was very disappointed this morning when I asked for a coffee mocha and wasn't served whipped cream topping!! I was told that would be and extra charge!! I was under the impression that it came with whipped topping. I definitely won''t be asking for one again!! Thanks for cutting back and charging extra!!!

My hash brown was not edible. Cold and hard as a rock. Maybe it was from the day before.

Service in the mornings has gone to pot! So slow and unfriendly. No smiles. No longer the inviting location it once was. Try to talk to manager and she takes forever to come out - lead by example.... No worries set the staff are slow and don't care. Yep, time to spend more $ and stick to Starbucks in this area cause they are friendly and welcoming.
