This location not only has terrible service, but they also NEVER have anything in stock. My partner and I have stopped at this location a few times. You can’t hear them talking when you go through the drive thru, and when you ask them to repeat themselves, they get rude and frustrated with you. They also have never had anything in stock when trying to order. I would definitely stay clear of this location. If you read a lot of the reviews, they are pretty unanimous in saying the same thing. Poor customer service, you never get the right food etc. the fact that there continuously seems to be the same complaints says that management just doesn’t care to try and correct the issue… which means hiring better staff and training them properly.

Why does the guy at the drive through have to full palm the cup lids? You don't have to touch the entire cup lid to put it on. Just touch the rim, it's really gross to drink out of the part on the coffee lid you just touched multiple times. Your hands can't be that clean if you're working the drive through.

Today I Went drive through and there was no line up but I got my order like this waste of money.

I go to this location very often to get my coffee. I have noticed quite often that they rarely fill the cup full. I have not complained. But if I'm paying $3.45 for a coffee, I expect a full cup. Today I could not believe how light the cup felt, before I took a sip I opened the lid at home. It was just over half way full. This is just unacceptable

Just stopped in for a hot chocolate. This location was new to me. Nice fresh layout with higher end decor and spacious layout. The service was courteous and quick as expected. All I have to do now is to be a little more tentative with the first sip, as I must admit, I was surprised by how hot, the hot chocolate really was. No damage done, just need to let things cool a little before that first taste.
