Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons coffee, Ice Cap, and donuts are a solid combo. The coffee is simple and reliable, the Ice Cap is super sweet and refreshing, and the donuts are always soft and good for a quick treat. Nothing super fancy, but it’s consistent and hits the spot when you want something quick and familiar. I love the staff they are always really nice.

I visit this Tim Hortons almost every morning for my coffee, and unfortunately I have had several negative experiences.nnOn multiple occasions, staff did not listen carefully to my order and made assumptions instead. Even when I clearly asked for a hot drink, I was given an iced beverage. It felt like they assumed everyone wants iced drinks because it is summer, rather than listening to what customers are actually ordering.nnWhat was most disappointing was the customer service. When I tried to clarify my order, some staff members appeared to laugh and make fun of me. The next day, when I returned, I felt that one of the same employees was mocking me again in front of other people.nnI understand that language barriers can happen, but customers should always be treated with respect and staff should take the time to listen carefully to orders. I hope management addresses these concerns and provides additional customer service training.

March 31st and the 30th I had gotten an iced cap here. I noticed the cream smells off and cheesey but once I was halfway through. I now have terrible stomach pain and have been using the washroom a lot. Please check your cream, something is off. I should have not gotten a second iced cap the next day but I assumed it was one off. I feel bad for giving a 3 star review but the stomach pain is terrible! My husband had an iced cap too and felt sickly but not as bad as me thankfully.nn- Updating to say the iced caps are better and no longer have that taste June 8th - Rated 5 stars from 3

This Tim Hortons is on my morning commute and the most convenient but I acctually go out of my way to go to a different location. The drive thru rushes you through to the point of creating anxiety trying to pay and grab my food, no polite customer service whatsoever. You can also tell that they rush making the food

My only complaint is with your chili. It's used to be thick and delicious but now it's just watered down soup. Total waste of money so I gave it up last year. So forget your grilled cheese sandwich attempt and just bring back your authentic chili
