Tim Hortons

I ordered Simply Cheese pizza and the taste was great. Portioning of cheese was perfect. Was perfectly hot and price was reasonable. Overall was a great in Taste.

Honestly don't understand why everyone seems to have issues at this location, I go here almost every day and the service is never really a problem. Unfortunately their drive through section is very short and backs onto the busy road if there's too many people so it's imperative they keep it moving at a steady pace but even then they are always as nice as possible when trying to speed people up. Food is always to standard, nothing spectacular but very rarely do I find any problems or missing items. Definitely one of my favorite locations, especially with how nice and cozy the inside atmosphere is.

I always have issues with my order when i passed by here. First i ordered hot chocolate and i was given coffee and haven’t checked until i was already home. Then another time i ordered a chicken habanero and the wrap they gave me feels like it was just put in a microwave to heat it up but the chicken was old and hard. Then another instance where i ordered an oreo ice capp and the lady gave me a regular ice capp and when i said i ordered an oreo ice capp she gave me an attitude. She looks like a manager but didnt act like one. Zero customer service and very rude. This happened today at 5:30pm in this store! Bad experience and i got really annoyed of her demeanor to me and other customers.

I'm always a very understanding person when it comes to the service industry, I understand how difficult it is in a fast pace environment. However, I've been coming to this tim Hortons for a very long time and over the years it has gotten way worse. Unfortunately pretty much every time we order our breakfast they don't give us half our order and they will walk away without saying anything. They come back to the window asking why we are still here.nThis morning it happened once again, they didn't give me my London fog or my fruit explosion muffin. So when they finally came back to the window we said we were missing our drink and they closed the window before we could tell them we were missing my muffin. When they finally came back with the drink we let them know we were also missing my muffin and they seemed annoyed and didn't ask which muffin, I unfortunately found out later that they gave me the completely wrong muffin that I have food sensitivities to so I wasted money on something I can't eat.nThis was just one example of what happens when we go there. I'm very disappointed with their drive thru service.

Ordered through drive through, confirmed order before making it to the window assuming everything would be correct since it was confirmed. Got home only to find out they didn’t give one of the items. Gave them a call to ask if there was a missing sandwich there. The lady on the phone was so incredibly rude and apparently our call was beneath her. She then hung up on us before the call was done. Definitely won’t be back to this location!
