Tim Hortons

Despite the rush every morning, staffs are always happy to serve you with a smile. Particularly, Princess, who immediately served me upon entering the store. She’s fast and accurate. She even does multitasking! Doing front counter and sandwich station. I have seen her washed her hands before going back to sandwich station which I really really appreciate. Wow! Just Wow! Tim Hortons must be very proud to have this kind of worker.

I had an outstanding experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to their exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to assist, making sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, and their positive attitude made the whole visit enjoyable.

They mostly get your order right I would say 7/10 times. I don’t find the customer service to be very good though. No “hello” or “have a nice day” you just get “have your payment ready” , like thanks I know how a drive thru works. If it wasn’t so close to my house I would go to a different location for better customer service but it’s not so bad, we got used to it.

I ordered Simply Cheese pizza and the taste was great. Portioning of cheese was perfect. Was perfectly hot and price was reasonable. Overall was a great in Taste.

Tim Hortons on Main Blvd is always clean. Nice ambience and always great experience to visit here
