Worst customer service. They always made the customer in rush. I know you have drive thru time but you have to care for your customer not only to hit your drive thru target! Wrapped was handed to me without any bag and napkins after handling money. Do you have food safety? Management should check this store.

Ordered through drive through, confirmed order before making it to the window assuming everything would be correct since it was confirmed. Got home only to find out they didn’t give one of the items. Gave them a call to ask if there was a missing sandwich there. The lady on the phone was so incredibly rude and apparently our call was beneath her. She then hung up on us before the call was done. Definitely won’t be back to this location!

Absolutely the worst location in the history of Tim Hortons. I have never been to a Tim Hortons that consistently screws up your order. Once again today, I was overcharged for my items, even after confirming at the window that the price that they told me was the correct price yet they still charge me more than what they stated. All I ordered was two coffees and they screwed both of those up once again. The location is so close to my house. Continuously try to give them the benefit of the doubt. The new staff in that location are worse than the last. Tried to make a complaint with the manager, which doesn’t even exist at that location only a supervisor, which refused to help me other than telling me to come back, and they will make my coffees. All I can say is that location has been horrible for the last five years.

Worst tim hortons to ever go to. I usually go to this location for lunch everytime . Today around 12:25 I went there to order my lunch thru Drive thru. When I went at the window . At first she was very rude asking how I was paying and then when I asked for ketchup the lady behind the cashier threw ketchup at the cashier. The lady behind the cashier gave a very bad look to me . I understand you guys have DT time . But you guys really need to learn how to work in customer service field. We are not getting this food for free .
