The store was spotless, tables were clean, and the staff worked efficiently while staying friendly. It made my visit smooth and enjoyable.

I have a great experience at Tim Hortons. The location is convenient, the coffee is always comforting, and it’s a perfect place for a quick stop during a busy day. I enjoy the donuts and breakfast items, and the service is friendly and efficient. It feels reliable and familiar, which makes me keep coming back. Overall, a great spot for coffee and a quick bite.

Foods good, it’s decent to basic. They always try to either scam you, not giving all your order, or the clueless workers forget it—all the time, but what ever we get it back after talking. Atmosphere is good.

I had an unpleasant experience at Tim Hortons today. The South Asian lady at the front counter made my coffee and left it sitting there without letting me know it was ready. I kept waiting, thinking my order wasn’t done. When I asked if the coffee sitting there was mine, she said yes. I then asked her why she didn’t tell me it was ready, and she suddenly got mad and replied rudely in a bad tone. As I walked away, she even kept yelling. I’ve never had such a bad experience at Tim Hortons in my life. She really needs to be trained on how to talk to customers and what proper customer service means.

Hello,nnI work in construction, and for the past two months, I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons location regularly during my coffee breaks.nI’m usually the one who goes to pick up the coffees for my coworkers — sometimes I buy three, sometimes seven cups a day. I don’t drink them all myself; I buy them for my colleagues, and we drink them together at work.nnDuring the first two weeks, the cappuccinos were excellent, but later their quality became very poor. I mentioned this issue to the staff several times, but nothing changed.nnToday, once again, the cappuccino I received had no foam and didn’t taste right. I politely told the staff member that I am a regular customer and simply wanted a properly made cappuccino. However, she gave me the same poor-quality coffee again and responded in a rude, mocking tone. When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed that she was the manager herself.nnHonestly, I don’t believe that — because I find it hard to imagine that a well-established company like Tim Hortons would allow someone with such an attitude to hold a managerial position.nRegardless, I believe this location should be inspected, and the manager’s behavior should be reviewed carefully.nnAside from this one person, the rest of the staff have always been kind and polite.
