Tim Hortons

Food is mostly fresh and tasty. But they need to improve customer service. Yesterday around 4 pm I got my bagel and was waiting for my drink, there were 3 employees right in front of me doing nothing, none of them bothered to check with me that what I wad waiting for.

Convenient and reliable Tim Hortons spot. Service is always quick and staff are friendly. The coffee and snacks are as you expect, although the Tim Bits seemed a little on the stale side. Overall, I’ll return again.

Stopped in to pick up breakfast this morning on my way to work. They took my order, they repeated my order when I paid. I got to the office and half my order was missing. You need to check your orders better.

Twice in a row now my order is messed up. Not sure how hard it is to get a plain bagel, butter and peanut butter right. This place used to be amazing and something has changed ever since the remodel this place is awful.

This place as gone down hill.nTerrible service since the renovation.nnLow staff during the morning 5am rush.nnThis was one of the best Tim Hortons for service.nnZero stars
