Starbucks

This is a good Starbucks. I usually come for the location, though. It's a pretty convenient drive-thru for coffee and eats if you're heading East on Highway 16 out of Edmonton. Just take the Cloverbar exit.

Quick service, not too busy and easy to find a place to sit. Order was made right and the "doors as decor" is interesting. Worth a visit.

I usually have a fantastic experience at this Starbucks- however recently I went and ordered an extra hot white mocha and when I recieved it and got home I checked it and over 50% of the drink was foam and it was lukewarm. I had a 5 minute drive it should not have been lukewarm. I've had issues with this barista on bar before

I went here today and it was incredibly busy. Almost all the tables were full. I wait a few minutes for a couple to leave and snag their table. While I'm waiting for my friend I notice at one table there is a staff member on a break. When his break is over he gets up and walks to another table and talks to a girl who is also a staff member on a break. I ended up order 2 more drinks for my friends when it was very busy and they took my name for the cups. Then my order and several others were on the counter they weren't called out. Now there are 8 drinks on the counter and nobody's names or orders were called. Why bother taking names I wonder. The tables were all dirty and the bathrooms had overflowing baskets and no paper. I feel like this place could use a good manager or supervisor during busy shifts.

Beverages are always delectable, service can be wishy-washy depending on where you go
