Tim Hortons

My order is never correct at the drive thru..by the time I get to taste the coffee its wrong.. My bagels dont have cream cheese. Hot chocolate, French Vanilla is mostly water and colour. I have to drive out of my way to get the right order every time.. Ive complained before but its fallen on deaf ears..

This Tim Hortons was awful we have been here a few times now hopeing each time would be better than the last giving benefit of the doubt but it's not 2 out of 6 times they got our order correct and when I did get the order after a good 15 mins it was wrong and sandwich was cold by then I will not return to Tim Hortons on Smythe street again wasted to much money for terrible food and service

Staff member thought I skipped the line and asked the other customers if I had to which they promptly said no. McDonald's coffee is better anyways

Stop in here on our drive from Halifax to Gatineau. A quick stop but great place to warm up and stretch our legs on the drive. Also some great food to refuel on our big drive.

The girl serving cursed under her breath when I wanted to used a coupon, muttered "I just wanna go home" when she was having difficulty scanning it in. All and all, seems pretty typical of Tim Hortons anywhere nowadays. Maybe she had a crappy day but she should probably learn to not vocalize her inner thoughts.
