The staff is wonderful and food/drink great and of course CANADIAN Company. I was a loyal customer for a couple of years but the facility is falling apart. Leaky ceiling, men's urinal didn't work for months. One side of the room is too cold another side too hot. Just about every table wobbles. I'm now a Starbucks customer. Sorry but need a nice comfortable environment to write. UPDATE: The bathroom is fixed. The staff is friendly, still. The temperature is more even. Change to 3 stars.

The bathrooms were disgusting! And I know it had been at least a week since they cleaned the sink because I was in the week before and saw the same dirty residue. ALL trashcans were overflowing (even at the main station counter garbage was pertruding over the top on to the counter) while the staff seemed more interested in chatting about their weekend. If I'm going to pay money for a decent coffee the place should at least be clean. So gross.

Great place to go for a stimulating conversation or if you need to get some work done. Wonderful coffee and strong wifi. All the ingredients you need for a productive day.
