This location is absolutely massive, and beautiful!! For being as large and as busy as it is it was surprisingly clean. The counter staff was super friendly helping me pick out donuts, and they made my coffee nice and quick. Only complaint was the state of their sidewalks, which were completely incased in snow and ice, making them impossible to use, but that of course is a seasonal issue! Kid-friendliness: Plenty of places for family's to sit and enjoy their food. Options like apple and orange juice and creamy chills allow for a full range of options for kids. Parking: Parking located on the right side of the store is a full expansive lot. Several rows of parking are available !
Inside was slow to slower. Lots of new people not strategically placed at register not a good call for rush hour. This added to the 90% of open mouth breathers lined up within two to three feet of each other less than 10% wearing masks, and none on employees. Yes on the high stars because I got in before the long anti-maskers line and new isn’t a bad thing. It reflects poor management. The food? Well, the pictures tell all. Although missing some icing that I wasn’t going to lick off the paper for, the donut was decent. The wrap? Ewww the sauce. The breakfast wrap would do well without any sauce, let alone the glob in the center…took that bite and sorry team, I’m not suffering for you and spit it out. The tea was HOT don’t put between your legs people!!. I found the Apple Cinnamon quite unique and tasty with a tad of sugar. Oh myy! The inside line is wrapping into the dining area. That’s some addiction when the line is uber long inside.
Went in at 6pm and wanted chicken wraps. They said they have no more crispy chicken. I don’t understand why the restaurant wouldn’t have chicken ready during dinner time. I understand why they wouldn’t have it in the AM because of breakfast, but not having chicken around dinner is kind of weird. Or id understand if they didn’t have it on an overnight, but I’m very confused. They also had no rice, also a dinner item. Very weird.
Stand and wait in line for a prolonged period of time. Got to hear the staff enjoy lots of conversations amongst each other. Lots of employees standing around not being very productive. They definitely aren't understaffed, just need to train employees how to actually WORK instead of getting paid to talk to each other. I can't imagine owning that specific business and witnessing what I just seen inside it. All that to order a coffee that tasted like hot water. Worst coffee I have ever ordered from a Tim Hortons in my life. Worst coffee I have ever had anywhere actually and I have had alot of incompetent roughnecks make coffee for me haha
Tim Hortons is never my top choice. But I do like to get the Farmer's Wrap with extra chipotle. This time, despite asking for additional chipotle, they forgot it. I went to ask for a small sauce cup and the bellowing manager said the following: "You have to bring your wrap back if you want more, if we give you a cup, we have to charge". That's news, and it's insanely dumb. Also please don't yell at me and treat me like I'm the inconvenience.
They really need to update the hours posted on the outside door. Says it's open at 5 am till 11 pm, but in reality it opens at 6 am. This is extremely misleading and needs to be changed. Another problem is the place is understaffed, takes forever to order your food and beverages. Update Manger is super rude and discriminatory towards thoughs that at homeless. I bought 2 coffees and a farmers wrapped and the Manger literally came up to me and accused me of sleeping. Then threatened to kick me out. She's the absolute worst. I wouldn't come to this Tim Hortons...
Sandwich had hardly any cheese or meat. Service was slow. Cashier was asked a question, they didn't answer they just started talking to another employee. The 'dine in' staff seemed disorganized / not motivated to serve.Food: 2/5
Tim Horton's is pretty consistent. You'll always get the same quality in every Tim's you visit. It is not the best coffee out there, but it's certainly a good and economic choice.
Horrible waiting time! Management needs more staff. Never have I ever been to a Tim Hortons throughout Canada where I had to wait soo long either at the drive thru but especially in-store. Management needs to review it's processes to improve efficiency!!
I am truck driver I parked my truck on road i go for coffee on this tim they have Zero service they mentioned on google they are open 5 am but really only for drive through i was there at 5:15am and knocking the door nobody open the door it was heavy raining day when i went on drive through window i told to him please open the door its raining outside he told me we can’t we haven’t proper staff if you guys don’t have proper staff then why you guys mentioned on google or main door we are open every day at 5am i am really disappointed
