Tim Hortons

The number of times I went in the drive true for a latte with vanilla in it, and got to work tasting only a simple latte. It happens too many times. I can't walk back in every time, burning my mouth to make sure the latte has freaking vanilla in it. Takes them 10 mins to re-do it plus the bad service and eye-rolls you get when you complain about it. I have been working in costumer service for 5 years now and this is unacceptable. It's okay if it takes time. It happens. It's okay if you mess up the orders sometime. It happens. But the lack of respect some of the employes have when you complain is a problem. I leave home 20 mins early to take time to get my coffee before work. I expect at least to have a good service. Very disappointing. Something needs to be done. Netherless to say, I am going somewhere else now. Might be a little further, but now I get a good service.

Received efficient fast and polite service when you’re in the morning rush. They have always enough supplies for customers.

The tables are always dirty. The employees are terribly rude and slow. After 10 o'clock you can only eat bagels or donuts...

Slowest staff ever it takes 15 minutes to get a coffe so if u have a break at work do not go there

Worst service ever . We stopped at driveway to check if everything was okay but the supervisor was so rude and didnt want us to check . If supervisor (vicky) herself talks like that to the clients then whom do we complain . Didnt wanna talk in english either. Very bad service.
