Starbucks

Long line,rude staff. They forgot my order, ok no problem. Mistake happen. The people waiting in line behind me got all their orders before me. Finally when I got my ice frappe, they forgot to add vanilla. It was bitter. And they fill it half way, kinda cheap not to fill it up. I had to go back and ask to redo my order. Normally I’m very understanding and let it pass but it was so bad I couldn’t drink it. Another girl had to do my drink and it was perfect. I’m very simple. I just wanted a ice frappe. I don’t know if I’ll try it again. They had full staff at this location today.

My recent visit to Starbucks offered a genuinely good experience. The service was efficient and friendly, with baristas greeting customers warmly and handling orders with professionalism. The coffee and snacks were up to Starbucks' usual high standards, providing a satisfying and comforting break in the day. There were no issues or complaints from my side; everything from the ambiance to the quality of the drinks was as expected from this well-loved chain. It's always reassuring to know that you can rely on Starbucks for a consistently good coffee experience.

Took 45 mins to prepare 2 double smoked bacon through Uber Eats and when we finally got the order, we find the sandwiches are plain cold buns!!! Wthhh

A nice atmosphere. Waiting for meal, you can seat by a fireplace wich is very cozy when it's snowing outside.

My Latte was made very hot compared to other Starbucks I go to and I had to wait a while for me to be able to drink it. After that, as I am part of the reward program, I tried to get my usual free drink refill it can be coffee or tea, hot or iced, but I was told that what I usually get would be an extra charges for syrup and juice iced peach green tea when I never had an issue at 3 different other locations and was even suggested this drink by a staff in the past. But here I could only get the tea with water , and no peach juice for it to be free. The two different refill drink that I tried to replace my order were all watered down including an iced coffee surprisingly. It’s unfortunate because they have a nice establishment and nice seating areas.
