McDonald's

The staff are friendly and they are under staffed. I like this Mc Donald because they still have the indoor park for the kids to play. This place is always full, inside and out at the drive thru. Be patients and have fun.

I placed an order for a quarter pounder and chicken wrap. I waited 40 minutes for my order and I am not exaggerating. Finally, my order was ready only to be told that there were no more chicken wraps. As I was waiting, I watched the kitchen staff work. It was absolutely horrible. Besides being extremely disorganized, they all had their cell phones with them and were continuously looking at their phones while preparing the food. Incredible that this is allowed but not surprised seeing that the manager was the worst offender. I also witnessed an employee cutting open the little sachets of ketchup to insert them into the ketchup dispenser. I also witnessed a cook with his hands in his pockets and then manipulating the buns and food items. All in all, McDonald’s has definitely gone downhill and lost its reputation of being a clean, fast and reliable restaurant with determined, focused and courteous employees. The worst thing is that even with these negative reviews, it really seems that the owners don’t really care about raising the standards.

We like to bring our children here as the park is really good and they like to play there however, we have noticed a serious decline in everything on this location.nThey always make mistakes in the orders, miss to provide items or are incorrect.nWe visited recently and it was a total mess, the place is dirty, the trash cans are full, there is no napkins or ketchup for self service. Food is worse than usual, you many people complaining of wrong items or food not correctly done.nDissatisfied with this location

This McDonald's needs better management. There were about 20 customers waiting for their order but multiple orders were sitting at the counter waiting to be picked up. I waited for about 20 minutes in line and finally realized my order was ready at the counter and when I got my food, it was all cold. The staff weren't motivated to work. Efficiency was lacking..multiple customers returned with missing order. This McDonald's needs improvement. Not my first time here and I see no improvement since the last time.

Pretty good location, lots of space. The food was served promptly.nnFood quality was as expected for a McDonald's. Not amazing, but not terrible, unlike some other locations I visited.nnTons of order kiosks a bit everywhere so you can take your pick. The one I used was not broken and both the scanner and printer worked.nnNapkin and straw dispensers available and accessible to human clients.nnCleanliness could be better but clearly understaffed as there are signs for hiring now.nnIn winter, the side entrance/ exit for vehicles is quite steep, so I would recommend not using it if snowy, and definitely not when icy.
