Absolutely terrible service. I placed a mobile order and stood there for over 10 minutes while no customers were around and employees were busy on their phones instead of doing their jobs. When they finally handed me my order, it was completely wrong — no cream, no sugar, just tea. Total waste of time. This place clearly doesn’t care about customers.

Service was not impressed. Asked to fill toilet paper in wash room couple of times but never happened. Due to road construction accessing the place was very complicated. I doubt adding review makes any difference.

The food is cold. Drink is not cold with no ice. And the floor so dirty .i told the person in charge that clients should not see this kind of floor in a resto. She said if you are not happy go eat elsewhere. I said i already paid and yoy should not say tbis to a client. She replied : if you are not happy come clean if yourself. Im sure i wont be coming back here again.

I tried the habanero chicken wrap. It was soggy and something in the wrap was hard and plastic like. Not sure what it was but I stopped eating after that. They probably use the habanero sauce to mask the poor food quality. NASTY is the best way to describe the food here !

This McDonald is my favourite one in Laval ! The guy at the drive thru with kinda shoulder length curly hair is the best for real ! Only thing is last time they gave me an old big Mac bread was hard like a rock did not enjoy it at all . I know it was an old one cause I used to work at a fast food back in the days . Other than that I love it it’s always worth the wait in my opinion!
