Absolute trash service. This location has gone down hill significantly recently.nnDrive through, 1/3 of the order wasn’t entered. No problem as it wasn’t charged. Ordered 2 iced coffees, see them ready to hand it to us no ice. Ask for ice inside our ICED coffee, window attendant rolls eyes…nnEgg McMuffin full of eggshells.nnOrder taker didn’t do his job properly, kitchen staff botched the sandwich, widow staff can’t work with public. Everyone is out to lunch at this location.nnOrdered 3 large fries a few visits ago, get them all half full…nnWon’t be returning to this location ever.nn0/10

The staff are friendly and they are under staffed. I like this Mc Donald because they still have the indoor park for the kids to play. This place is always full, inside and out at the drive thru. Be patients and have fun.

Verry poor service. Bought a dbl quarter pounder but there is only 1 patty. No straw for the drinks and no fork for my poutine. Calling out specially the overnight worker!!!

Being a visitor from the US, this McDonald's, in some ways, seemed like it was from 10 years ago and I mean that in the best way possible. The dining room is enormous and full of different seating styles including sofas and comfy chairs. There was a person in the dining room continually cleaning, greeting customers etc.nnIn terms of food and speed, this wasn't a standout experience. Our breakfast sandwich, burrito and doughnut were fine but I got just 1 salsa when I asked for 2 on the kiosk, almost no ice in my drink when I asked for extra and it took well over 10 minutes to get our food.

I placed an order for a quarter pounder and chicken wrap. I waited 40 minutes for my order and I am not exaggerating. Finally, my order was ready only to be told that there were no more chicken wraps. As I was waiting, I watched the kitchen staff work. It was absolutely horrible. Besides being extremely disorganized, they all had their cell phones with them and were continuously looking at their phones while preparing the food. Incredible that this is allowed but not surprised seeing that the manager was the worst offender. I also witnessed an employee cutting open the little sachets of ketchup to insert them into the ketchup dispenser. I also witnessed a cook with his hands in his pockets and then manipulating the buns and food items. All in all, McDonald’s has definitely gone downhill and lost its reputation of being a clean, fast and reliable restaurant with determined, focused and courteous employees. The worst thing is that even with these negative reviews, it really seems that the owners don’t really care about raising the standards.
