Tim Hortons

Service is great and efficient. The only thing that this place is lacking is the quality in the atmosphere. The people are sometimes loud so reading or doing work here without earphones is practically impossible. Typical selection though there is nothing particularly different the inside has however a very nice layout. It's almost always packed which is a good thing in some cases because it's vibrant. But on the other hand it's not exactly a place that I would recommend to go do your work or your homework. Drive-thru is amazing here it always goes by fast.

No complaints really, Tim's are all alike but I prefer McDonald' s because the coffee and muffin deals plus the stickers on the coffee cups.

No donuts at 9pm on Saturday... And the racks are all emtpy.. wow

Called them for a special request (wanted to know if it was possible for them to hold a few unglazed doughnuts that I would come and pick up/buy) and apparently a simple yes or no wasn't enough for the night staff... They seemed to think that making fun of us (literally laughing, lying, being insulting, refusing to answer/hanging up on us) was the way to go. Still shocked... thought that was the kind of nasty behavior you only see on TV shows. Not. Pityful human beings giving the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced.
