Tim Hortons

The drinks and food were great, employee even comes drop it to your car if order is big instead of you having to so two trips, super nice. It’s nice and not too crowded place to study also. Definitely going back to study

I went to sit in the restaurant and it was cold. I had to keep my winter jacket on because I couldn’t just warm up. I understand there’s a lot of traffic coming in and out but the eating area was too cold to stay. They need to find a solution!

I ordered a soup here and had a hair in it. When i brought it back to the cashier, instead of apologizing, she turned around to another employee and they both giggled. Then without even acknowledging the fact that, me, the customer is still standing there she turned around and without saying anything or asking me anything, was pouring another bowl of soup for me. When I told her I want a refund, again, without any acknowledgement, she opened her cash and gave me some change. Then turned around and went to chat with another employee. Needless to say I was disappointed. So I went on Tim Hortons website and filed a formal complaint. It has been about 3 weeks since I filed the complaint online and I am yet to receive a call from their head office.

Best service I have ever been in a Timmy's! Very patient stuff for very difficult customer !
