Tim Hortons

It is a not super expensive fast food chain, going in this is factored in my expectation. My experience there was still very negative. First off, only 2 staff members at lunch time for a location in a Walmart on a Saturday, very long waiting line. Ordered a Turkey Bacon Club, got something else than usual. Who change the items on the menu and keep the same old name? For the whole time we were there, some machines were crying their hearts out for staff to take care of them, but they did not, It was a very unpleasant to eat there.

I have ordered a soup for myself and a bagel with cream cheese for my husband. During the order a guy asked me if I want a white or brown bread with my soup. When the girl who prepares the orders gave me the soup and the bagel I realized that she didn't give me the bread for the soup and I asked for it. She said they don't give bread with the soup because I have got also bagel so my husband had to share his bagel with me. Is that true soup comes with bread however, if I buy a bagel it doesn't come with bread? It sounds like punishment, not serving.

Mauvais service. Sur trois employées, une était cachée derrière, une était partie dans le WalMart et la troisième m'a regardé arriver, puis est allée s'habiller pour sortir fumer. Après 5 minutes à poireauter au comptoir, on a fini par prendre ma commande mais ils ont réussi à se tromper dans mon sandwich alors que j'étais la seule cliente sur place. Tables et chaises sales, remplies de miettes et taches de gras. La nourriture était vaguement correcte, d'où la 2e étoile. Évitez cette succursale.
