Discussing dinuts, Staff is not professional and unfriendly. The shop was empty there was 3 guys and still had to wait about 5 minutes before one of them took my command. If i could rate less that one star then i'll let you guess what would my rating be.

Very forgetful! Always missing things in my orders. Been working beside this place for 1 year and not once have I been satisfied. If your looking for a quick breakfast dont come here. They never have enough eggs or hashbrowns. Save yourself some time and go down the street to the next one.

I asked for a box of Timbits. I specifically requested no plain. once I arrived at my house half the box was plain. 2nd time it happens in drive thru. horrible long service.

It never fails every time I go, the service is awful, the coffee is always cold, the staff is not pleasant. Go to another Tom Hortons NOT THIS ONE.
