Tim Hortons

Waited in line for 15 min. Line didn't even move, service was extremely slow. They desperately need more staff. The only reason this gets 2stars is because of its convience off the highway and gas stations.

They prioritize the drive thru to such a high degree here that it's extremely frustrating to attempt to order inside. While a massive inside line moved about two customers, at least 5-6 passed through the drive thru outside in front of us. I eventually asked my wife to just take the car to the drive through, and sure enough, she got thorough much quicker. They get some stars for friendly bilingual service at the drive thru and for carrying old fashion sugar doughnuts, but lost stars for being environmentally unfriendly by favouring the drive thru.

This place is totally hit and miss. Last time I was here it was a mess, bad coffee even for Tim's, dirty and or service. Tonight it is tidy, the coffee is ok (high praise for Tim Hortons) and the staff were friendly, courteous and quick.

This TH is absolutely appalling. Years ago I used to stop frequently here for excellent food and service. Now it is unrecognizable and I don't know how it can keep the Tim Horton's name. On the last few visits I experienced the following: No donuts (WHAT????). After 15 minutes waiting in a lineup of three or four people I left in disgust. Filthy washrooms with no paper product to be found anywhere. No soap either. I have given this place a few chances lately, and I will not be back.

Don’t do the drive thru coz the receiver is not good often results to misunderstanding either in French/English. I tried to just say the meal number, still they didn’t get it. The hot choco was not good. Parking is not even enough at peak times, might as well just skip this.
