St-Hubert Express

First time getting food here. Chicken was good and gravy was surprisingly good as well. Service was slow. There was only one person taking the orders and one getting the food ready. For me it’s worth the wait unless you’re in a hurry. I would come back again.

Today I went to eat and I was really happy with my experience. The service was quick. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the supervisor was especially nice, going out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, and everything was served hot and fresh. I highly recommend this location!

In fairness, we visited later in the evening. The counters and tables weren't clean, the sauce wasn't readily available we had to request at the counter, the pop was flat, the kitchen staff was touching the food with bare hands, and the chicken was underdone. It wasn't the usual St Hubert experience we were used to. But the staff was very nice, helpful and fluently bilingual.

Well it was lunch time grab some fast food but it wasn't a great experience for a dine in. First the supervisor grabs the food bare hands and never see him wash his hands. Second we waited more 20 minutes to get our foods but while they serve the takeouts first. Third they run out a batch of fries so three orders one has only he grab with his bare hand and divided into three orders. I was shocked and awe they said they will send to our table the rest of the missing fries... shame it could've been a good family place to dine but behind the counter staff should change how they handle the customers food.

My last visit to a St-Hubert Express was probably 5 years ago and i think this visit will be my last one. Terrible service, miss items on my order, not friendly staff at all. Staff have way more fun chatting between each other than serving clients. Our fries were put in our plate way before our chicken ending up with super cold fries. And i don’t have to tell you how terrible cold fries taste. I will not visit a other St-Hubert any time soon.
