Tim Hortons

Slow service. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Bun soggy no mayo. Cold chicken and not crispy. Worst experience ever

Yes I know it's a fast food joint and not to expect too much but I do expect the minimum. This Tim's, and others in the area, have recently degraded when it comes to service standards. I don't expect to be pampered but when 5 employees are "working" I do expect fast service. I do appreciate hearing about there relationship problems while I stand there waiting for service. Oh and a hi, thank you and bye would be a nice touch.

Very friendly staff with a welcoming attitude. This Tims is clean and the products are fresh and well placed in the display area. The Coffee, as per the norm for Tims, is great. This seems to be a well managed Tims. It's a good stop off on your travels. See you there.

Terrible service worst timies ive ever been too waited over 10 min at the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken I got so mad I left I ended up going to the next timies on the next exit got served within seconds and the employee seemed to be alone and managed all orders without a problem and I got my coffee... if you can wait tell the next timies I would recommend that especially if you don't want to waste your time just for a coffee

Albeit Saturday morning 10ish busy time, took 35 minutes to get 2 breakfast wraps... Totally chaotic scene & a very unpleasant experience.
