Tim Hortons

I have gone there with my Big Chocolate Lab now for years , like every day in my truck.... Your Staff all loved him and would give him a Tim bit or 2 fairly regularly! I am sorry to tell you guys , my friend and yours "Fudge" had to be put down yesterday! Such a Sad Day! Thank you for always being so nice to him!

Bad customer service. The workers stand behind the counter and make fun of people. Very unprofessional and rude. Everytime me and my girlfriend go there, without failure they are pointing at people and talking about them on their headsets. Especially "Bailee" watch out for her she always makes dirty looks at us. And makes comments about us to her co-workers. They are miserable that they have to work on busy days so they take it out on the customers.

Super friendly morning staff and great food, done quickly. They were very professional and more than patient with my mind being all over the place at the time! Thanks Timmies!

Lousy service, rarely have what you want, and after you concede to getting something else, they give you something entirely different. Coffee is also burnt and sub-par.
