Starbucks

I frequent this particular location fairly regularly, it’s quite close to home and I write a lot. The staff can not be faulted in their attention to detail, kindness, and customer service quality. However, for a location that is fairly busy and with their always being at least 5 staff working at their peak hours, the time it takes to get drinks orders through are staggeringly long. I have often waited upwards of 15 minutes for a single drink. That being said , again, the staff are wonderful and do their best with what they have.

Most satisfying experience I had with their Manager "Heather". My wife and I used the drive through and ordered a couple of drinks. Mine was too sweet, so I drove back and asked the barista for another one. She refunded my money and gave me new one. A few days later when I got my credit card statement, I realized that the barista made a mistake and instead she charged me for another drink instead of refunding it. I went back and talked to "Heather" the manager, and she gave me a full refund on whatever my wife and I paid that day and also gave us 2 free drinks. A simple act of kindness makes me wonder why would we want to go to any other coffee shop other than that one again? Thank you Heather!

I used to come here every Monday last semester to do homework and study. All of the staff are so friendly and make an effort to get to know you and remember you! As a Starbucks barista myself, I really appreciate the effort they put in to give the best quality and service they can! Lots of seating, several bathrooms, perfect for a meeting, chat, or work! They also have a drive thru if you're in a hurry!

Nice large Starbucks. It is fantastic for grabbing a coffee and heading down to the river for a walk.

Great coffee. Not the best Drive thru. Poor set up for more than a few cars.
