I’m very disappointed with the service at the Vedder Road branch. I picked up my order, came home, and discovered that half of it was missing from the bag. This is not the first time this location has made this mistake.nCustomers pay money for their orders and expect to receive everything they’ve purchased. Mistakes like this show a lack of care and reliability, and they force me to check every single order myself. The staff should be doing a better job to ensure accuracy and consistency

They messed up my order in so many ways.nThe biggest mess up was putting a meat patty on my no meat cheeseburger, which resulted in me eating meat.nThey gave us no napkins.nOur food was going to take a few minutes, but they gave us our sundae and mcflurry right away, so those melted in the car while waiting.nThey also didn't hear my us say we wanted a combo on one item, but by the time we realized it, I had already paid.

There’s teenagers everywhere. Absolutely horrid. Not the calm, self respectable kids who mind their business but the “skids” and bullies. Other than that, the food is consistent I’d say. The workers deserve more credit! There was this one younger girl with makeup, absolutely great service! She was bright and full of energy. Another boy with glasses and curly hair, a respectful young man. I admire the young workers, and the diversity!

This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.nI was inside the building August 25th, 2025, 5:20 p.m.nFloor sticky, clearly dirty and littered with food stuff, garbage overflowing and a bunch of staff behind the counter with a free hand who SHOULD be sent to the floor to CLEAN THE HELL UP.nManager was expediting drive thru and coughing and sneezing, GO HOME, STOP COUGHING ON THE DRIVE THRU FOOD.nI will be contacting corporate.nDisgraceful, ABHORRENT.nEdited to add : I live in Sardis and will gladly drive all the way to the Luckakuck location. This place gives me the ICK.

I went for fries and ended up feeling stupid and frustrated.nnI was ordering the new tropical beverage.n-… and one large tropical beverage, please.nSaid it 3 times at the drive through order pole and then 3 more times when paying for my order and they couldn’t understand me.nThe beverages are advertised everywhere!nI told the cashier, what am I saying wrong?!nShe answered “oh, you mean the Tropical FRUIT SPLASH Beverage”?nI told her: oh god… really? I thought with tropical beverage would be enough to understand?nAnd she has the audacity to answer me: YOU NEVER SAID BEVERAGE.nnIt was a communication issue, my fault I didn’t use the entire sentence to order it … but to come a tell me what I said or not?nnNo thank you. No ok.
