Tim Hortons

My husband and I stood in line (no one else in the store 4:20pm Sunday) and had 3 different employees look directly at us and turn away...2 of which did not seem to be doing anything except wearing a headset. We were never acknowledged and eventually left the store to go elsewhere. Both of us work in retail and quite frankly found the behaviour at this location insulting. We have found that Tim Hortons as a whole has been deteriorating in the customer service department over the last year or so. That being said we have been to a couple of locations that felt more like 'mom&pop's cafe', amazing service...definitely not this place.

Love this Tim Hortons. They've never made my coffee wrong :)

No wedge fries, wanted to eat in , kid put in bag, all teenagers standing around talking, more concerned about themselves then the customers.... piss poor service...

They do well at pretty much everything but I have a big problem with the bakers... I buy the apple pie fritters A LOT lol I love them so much! But literally, since they came back (2017) only 2 out of every 5 I buy will have the apple pie filling..? And imo that's what makes it awesome, the filling and the crumble. I really wouldn't mind if it was once in awhile and I've been letting go for over a month now but I really want something done about it! They raised the price 10cents and I'm not getting what make the donuts cost that much! That sucks....
