I enjoyed my shopping experience. I was looking for fresh vegetables and eddoes, and I found them at great prices.

Very disappointed. Went to do grocery shopping at 7pm only to be met with locked doors and a very barely visible sign saying they closed for a staff party. Your hours online said you were open. You need to update that. Must be nice to just close an entire store 3 hours early for a party without informing customers. Do better

Always lots of carts, all locked, clean floors, just enuff cashiers, but still loathe self checkouts, discounted meats at 30% off is Still way too expensive for a No frills store.50% or don't bother.n.59c bananas but local apples at 7.99 6lb bag? Get real. Prices are still no bargain. Galen gets richer here.

This is definitely the place to go to get some good deals. You just have to make sure you look at their flyer to see what's rotating. A great place to buy in bulk when things are on sale.nOnly issue I have is that not a lot of their vegetables are fresh but it might also depend on the day you go. I find vegetables from sobeys and fruits from other stores last longer but they are cheaper at no frills so it makes sense.nMy go-to shopping

Polite friendly helpful staff are found easily throughout the store. Aisles are clean and a decent width. Low prices.
